At BKT, our recruitment policy is designed to ensure a thorough evaluation of candidates' skills and capabilities. We conduct a written test for recently graduated students or candidates with less than one year of experience to assess their foundational knowledge and English skills.

For the selected candidates with more than one year of banking experience and those who qualify from the written test, we proceed with a comprehensive verbal interview conducted by our experienced interview panel. Selected candidates from the verbal interview stage will then proceed to a final interview with our CEO.
