IT Help Desk Intern

• Will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining personal  

computers and peripheral devices to a component level.  

• Prepares and maintains computer hardware inventory.  

• Prepares and maintains computer software/operating systems inventory and updates  

• Maintaining the operating system with required patches and upgrades.  

• Installing and configuring server applications (web servers, application servers).  

•  Provide antivirus protection by installing updating and monitoring antivirus software.  

• Design and perform backups  

• Provide support, troubleshooting and maintenance,  

• To input and maintain the definitions of all printers and equipment to be  

• used by the system.
