Duties and responsibilities:

• Assists in daily work for POS requests from branches.
• Working on the field to install new and replace POS-es to Merchants.
• Monitoring of existing POS Portfolio and client’s needs as per their requests.
• Maintains database for coming requests and follows them.
• Checking POS and fixing technical problems as needed.
• Assists Payment Systems Unit / POS other related administrative tasks.
• Reporting problems from the field.

Requirements:

• Graduated or undergraduated in Economics, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Management or relevant faculties.
• Computer and Technical abilities.
• Willing to learn, flexibe and problem solving.
• Driving License B.
• Ability to  work on own initiative and as a member of a team.
• Knowledge of English is an asset.
