Duties and responsibilities:

• Supports the preparation of security reports and statistics.
• Assist in maintaining the department's records, logs, and documentation
• Supports awareness activities and phishing simulations.
• Assists in tracking and following up on vulnerabilities and corrective actions.
• Conducts basic analysis and research on threats and developments in cybersecurity.
• Supports the collection and organization of evidence for controls and audits
• Performs other tasks appropriate to the internship level, under the supervision of the Information Security Department.
• Works under the direct supervision of department staff and does not have independent access to critical systems or production environments.

Requirements:

• Student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, and information security
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Albanian and English.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
