Specialist, Line Manager-Retail Assessment Unit

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Analyse loan requests, prepare written evaluation reports for these loan requests and present them to the Superior.
• To prepare/control the customer analysis reports and financial statements as prepared by the units and make corrections if needed.
• To ensure that proper documentation for these new loan requests is obtained, executed and filed according to the format.
• To inform the units after the loan is approved.
• To perform annual financial review of the customers in coordination with the units.
• To prepare the reports to official institutions if needed.
• To behave in compliance with the regulations and principles of the Bank.
• To make sure that work is completed correctly on time.
• To assume the other responsibilities & routine or special duties associated with the function of Department as demanded by Superior.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred: Finance, Accounting, Management, etc).
• For Specialist Position is required at least two years of banking experience, and for Line Manager position is required at least four years of banking experience.
• Advance command of English language (spoken and written).
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Very good time management skills and organizational skills; ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a team.
• A high degree of tact and discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• To have good abilities to work in team.
• Very good computer skills.
