Specialist/Senior Specialist (Retail Unit) - Loan Operations Department

Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs first verification that all retail loans required documentation before disbursement are accurately completed including but not limited to: loan approval, signed loan contracts, collateral inscription, insurance policies and all precedent conditions, before opening the loan contract into the system.
• Ensures that loan agreements include the approved terms and conditions as defined in the credit approval and provides instruction to the Branch regarding loan agreements to be signed with the customer;
• Responsible for inputting in the system of all retail loans being those in branch or HO limit
• Responsible to perform in the system other operations related with loans: interest rate amendments, loan parties change, collateral change ect., upon the successful verification of the respective approval and signed additional contracts.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 year of experience in the Banking sector, preferably in BKT
• Previous experience with loan products would be an asset
• Very good knowledge of English
• Hard working and result oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
