Accounting and Tax Specialist - BKT Pay

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting and Tax Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a tax or accounting firm, and a strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for tax reporting.
• Utilize accounting software and tools to manage financial data efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or tax roles, preferably in a tax or accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech, wallets, banking, or digital payment platforms.
• Previous experience working with international teams.
