Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting thorough financial and risk assessment of Project finance loan applications.
- Analyzes financial statements, cash flow models and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability and repayment capacity.
- Reviews credit analysis reports prepared by branches, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies.
- Prepares loan evaluation report for presentation to approval authority.
- Ensures loan proposals comply with banking regulations, credit policies and risk management guidelines.
- Collaborates with internal departments including risk management, legal, and corporate banking, to facilitate project loan financing process.
- Monitors and manages a portfolio of project finance loans, conducting periodic financial reviews and credit ratings.
- Prepares detailed credit reports and recommendations for senior management and credit committees.
- Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit risk policies.
- Behaves in compliance with the regulations and principles of the Bank.
- Assumes other responsibilities or duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Provisions required as per Bank Regulations.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Banking experience, with understanding of credit analysis, financial modelling and project finance.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- University degree (preferred Economics or Finance).
- Very good command of English.
- Abilities to work in a team and under pressure.
