Sales Trainer for Branch Staff

BKT is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating sales training programs for our branch staff. This role is critical to driving a strong sales culture and ensuring staff are equipped with the skills and confidence to meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs focused on banking product sales, customer engagement, and cross-selling techniques
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions for sales teams across the branch network
• Develop engaging training materials, manuals, role plays, and coaching tools tailored to banking services
• Assess training needs through performance metrics, feedback, and collaboration with branch managers
• Coach and mentor staff to improve individual and team sales performance
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes relevant to retail banking and financial sales

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales trainer, sales coach, or similar role
• Strong understanding of banking products
• Fluent in English
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong coaching and motivational abilities
• Availability to travel to bank branches in different cities
