Position Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Specialist in Human Resources to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing key HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, staff development, and employee relations. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across units and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for talent attraction.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with units goals.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment analytics.

2. Performance Management

  • Support of performance appraisal processes and frameworks.
  • Monitor performance review cycles and ensure timely completion of evaluations.
  • Provide training and guidance to managers on performance feedback and goal setting.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.


3. Employee Lifecycle & Staff Development

  • Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and integration programs.
  • Contribute to learning & development plans to enhance staff capabilities.
  • Participate in career development planning.
  • Manage and update employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.


4. HR Policies & Employee Relations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the resolution of employee issues.
  • Promote a positive work environment and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.


5. HR Data & Reporting

  • Prepare HR reports and metrics related to recruitment, turnover, performance, and workforce trends etc.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Economic Informatics or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus).
  • Minimum 3.5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
